Refund policy
We want you to love your fabrics and supplies! If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help.
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, in original condition, and free from new odors or marks.
- Original packaging (if applicable) should be included.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable/digital products
- Original shipping costs
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, with new odors, or missing parts (unless due to our error)
- Items returned more than 15 days after delivery
- Sale items (all sale purchases are final sale)
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email confirming approval or denial of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days (processing times vary by bank/credit card company).
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the expected time frame:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing delays can occur.
- If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at info@stitchesngiggles.com.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are only offered for items that are defective or damaged.
- Please email us at info@stitchesngiggles.com to request approval before sending your item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of the return. Once received, we’ll issue you a gift certificate.
- If the gift was not marked as such, or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent directly to the purchaser.

- You are responsible for return shipping costs. If your return is approved for a refund, the original shipping charge will not be refunded.
- For items valued at $75 or more, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
