Refund policy

We want you to love your fabrics and supplies! If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, in original condition, and free from new odors or marks.
• Original packaging (if applicable) should be included.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable/digital products
• Original shipping costs
• Books with obvious signs of use
• Items not in their original condition, damaged, with new odors, or missing parts (unless due to our error)
• Items returned more than 15 days after delivery
• Sale items (all sale purchases are final sale)

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email confirming approval or denial of your refund.
• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days (processing times vary by bank/credit card company).
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Late or Missing Refunds
  If you haven’t received your refund after the expected time frame:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing delays can occur.
3. If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at info@stitchesngiggles.com.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are only offered for items that are defective or damaged.
• Please email us at info@stitchesngiggles.com to request approval before sending your item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Gifts

• If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of the return. Once received, we’ll issue you a gift certificate.
• If the gift was not marked as such, or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent directly to the purchaser.

• You are responsible for return shipping costs. If your return is approved for a refund, the original shipping charge will not be refunded.
• For items valued at $75 or more, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
