Layer cakes or 10 inch stackers are made up of 10" x 10" squares of fabric. Each stacker is a curated bundle of coordinating prints from a fabric collection. Fabric layer cakes make for quick and easy quilts! There are lots of patterns and tutorials out there that are layer cake friendly. These precuts usually contain around 40 pieces of fabric, though the number varies by manufacturer.
