How do I earn Stitch Points?

You earn Stitch Points on purchases once your order is marked as Paid. Points are calculated based on your order subtotal, excluding discounts. You can also earn points when you like and follow us on social media or when you celebrate a birthday.

How can I redeem my Stitch Rewards?

You can redeem your Stitch Rewards points for discount coupons directly from your rewards dashboard. Available rewards currently include a 5% off coupon (400 Stitches), $5 off coupon (500 Stitches), $10 off coupon (950 Stitches), and a 10% off coupon (1250 Stitches). Once redeemed, a coupon code will be generated for you to use at checkout. Please note that some restrictions may apply when using rewards coupons, and additional details about eligibility and terms can be found in the FAQs below.

Can I use Stitch Points with other discounts?

Stitch Points rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes, including VIP discounts.

Can I use rewards on sale or presale items?

Rewards may only be applied to regular-priced items. They cannot be used on sale, clearance, presale items and new collections.

When can I expect newer collections to be eligible for rewards?

New collections become eligible for rewards approximately 30 days after the presale period ends. If you have questions about a specific collections elegibility, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Is there a minimum order to redeem rewards?

Yes. Each reward code has a minimum purchase requirement. The specific terms for your code will be shown when you redeem the coupon and will also be included in the email you receive after redeeming your reward.

Are there any other restrictions on rewards?

Stitch Rewards may be limited on certain new collections, exclusive releases, or limited-quantity products. From time to time, additional restrictions may apply to help us keep pricing fair and sustainable across the shop.

What happens if my order is canceled or refunded?

If an order is canceled or refunded, the associated Stitch Points will be removed from your account.
