Take Heart - J. Wecker Frisch

Take Heart is third in a series of Janet’s vintage Valentine collections. The generosity of friends and colleagues have provided a wealth of beautiful and rare images from their family’s treasured keepsakes. A Quilt Market acquaintance, artist Shelly Watson, exercised a great amount of trust by sharing her Dad Jimmy’s 1920’s - 30’s valentines and Tally Cards that her mother had saved. We also enjoyed collaborating with her on the Affectionately Yours project. These rare finds translated to fabric are classics!
