Sew Journal combines several true treasures collected or illustrated by designer J Wecker frisch. All of the original images were chosen from rare antique thread trade cards, French fashion 'how to' magazines and Janet's seven years of She Who Sews calendar art.

The art of journaling and book making has grown into a maker's obsession. Images and sentimental scraps that we all collect over time are being collaged and enhanced using sketchy stitches, inkk and dyes pushing the boundaries of creativity a bit further when combined with traditional quilting and sewing techniques. A passion that touches the soul in an artful way.
