Free Pattern Friday: Illusions by Moda Fabrics
Another week has flown by with never as much time sewing as I want! My pile of projects just keeps growing and growing...but I sure love having a good line-up of projects to jump into when I get a minute.
This gorgeous free pattern is called Illusions and was created by the Moda Fabrics time to celebrate their Sew a Jelly Roll day! I love patterns that call for precuts because it makes the fabric selection process so simple. This one couldn't be simpler: all you need is a jelly roll and a background fabric and your quilt top is complete! With a finished size of 74 1/2" x 74 1/2" , this quilt is big enough to snuggle under or throw a picnic on.
I especially love it in these patriotic fabrics, mostly because patriotic fabrics are just arriving in the shop which always gets me in a summertime Fourth of July sewing mood!
Illusions is a versatile quilt that would work well with so many lines. Grab a jelly roll and give it a try!
